The Bat, Bird and Mammal Net when fully extended is 13′ in length. The two piece telescoping poles (1 1/4″ diameter) are detachable and are made from heavy-duty diamond embossed aluminum. The net is made from 3/8″ black mesh netting with a 1/2″ diameter hoop, the net dimensions are 19″ x 19″ with a depth of 30″.
For storage purposes when all parts are detached the poles measure 76″ long (one inside the other) and the net measures 32″ long.

Great net to keep you off of a ladder. Pole adjusts to three lengths. Net is removable from pole for use as a hand net. I highly recommend. I purchased for removal of bats and birds from multistory homes with high interior ceilings. Net is robust enough for smaller animals also. - J Bullard

It's perfect. We occasionally have a bird or bat trapped in the house, and we've had a terrible time persuading them to go outdoors. We've had to use the net once so far for a bat.
