Easy to use

Easy to use. My only complaint is the item description on the website. I bought the 30", but I did not know if it was 30" in total length, or just the "stiff part". I considered the other 2 sizes, but wanted to wait for the arrival of this one before I purchased. Now I know that the measurement is the "stiff part", and not the total length, so the 48" is now in my future. - dogslife24
