Bait baskets are designed to hang from inside the trap and are suspended up off the ground. This allows the scent of your bait to travel further and gives your target animals a visual to draw them in.
It also makes it more difficult for critters to reach through the trap and steal your bait. This completely enclosed bait basket with door features ½" x ½" – 16GA galvanized steel mesh. It also has and hanging hook to make installation and removal very simple.
