TOMAHAWK 404 TURTLE TRAP 100lb. 40"x24"x11"

40"x24"x11" - Tomahawk Turtle Trap, Model 404, is the ultimate turtle trap for turtles between 40 and 100 lbs.  It is a heavy duty, single catching turtle trap that can fold flat in seconds for easy storage, when not in use.

Model 404 is a collapsible turtle trap that can easily be folded flat for storage.  This trap is built to catch turtles up to 100 lbs. This trap uses a traditional trip pan to close the trap door.  

Bait this trap with chopped raw fish in a sack or bait box hanging near the back of the trap.  Turtles will enter the trap to feed and step on the trip plate activating the door to shut.

Placement of the trap should be partially submerged with the trap door facing deeper water and bait touching the water to ensure the scent from the raw fish enters the water attracting the turtle.

This trap measures 40L x 24W x 11H when deployed and 40L x 36W x 1H when collapsed.

It is constructed from 1x2 - 12ga wire mesh.

Tomahawks powder coating process takes about a week before shipment.
