Features of the Cool-Vac 16

  • 1/4″ Hardox Liner protects the fan housing chamber. Fan housings are very expensive and run hundreds of dollars. This industrial wear strip inside the fan chamber to prevent highly abrasive fibers and foreign debris passing from damaging the housing.
  • A 20 inch diameter turbo sonic  FC blade [1. Forward Curve] eliminates wet fiber build up in the housing area. The turbulence created by the forward curvature sweeps the housing clean of debris.
  • Fully robotically welded high abrasion resistant fan blades reduce the chance of a catastrophic failure a due to operational stress. The blades are not spot welded, but a bead runs the entirety of the blade.
  • Computerized balanced blades which reduces wear to engine bearings.

Recommendations for hook-up:
