Animal Traps & Supplies is proud to uphold the highest customer service standard. We'll work closely with you to recommend the most appropriate and cost-effective trapping equipment for your wildlife management needs. Once we ensure product availability, and for any discrepancies in shipping costs, your order will be shipped as soon as possible. If there are any changes, we will contact you by email or phone to resolve any issues.
Please call (800) 674-3236 to obtain an RMA number before returning any products. Please include the invoice number, date of order, and reason for return. All products must be returned in original cartons.
Products damaged in transit must be reported to us immediately upon receipt and will be replaced with a similar product. Return of any incorrect product shipments will be given full credit, assuming we are notified within 7 days of receipt. All unused items may be returned for a full refund or credit within 30 days, no returns/refunds on baits or lures. Return of undamaged products is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee (minimum of $10) and shipping costs will not be refunded. No re-stocking fee will be applied if you order an alternate, or replacement product, or if the balance is used as a credit. Returns of items that had free shipping, will be charged the actual shipping cost we had to pay to ship it. Credits must be used within 30 days.
Privacy: Your personal information is of the utmost concern to us, and we take measures to ensure that your payment and address information is secure. The sensitive information used to process your order will never be sold, bartered or exchanged in any way. All personal information, including email addresses, will be used only for Animal Traps & Supplies business purposes.

Free Shipping: A.T.S. can use any shipping method available including but not limited to FedEx, UPS, USPS, and most free shipping offers are standard ground shipping only to the 48 lower states. Please contact us for shipments to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii for an accurate shipping quote. Some free shipping is directly from the manufacturer, and might be delivered on a pallet with a semi truck and trailer. A residential adddress, lift gate service, inside delivery, delivery appointmets, etc. might require an additional charge.
For all Next Day, or Two Day Air orders we must have the order by 3pm EST, the actual pick up time for UPS is 4pm. Please keep in mind UPS & FedEx do not work on the weekends, only M-F. We are located in Michigan, Eastern Time Zone.
Signatures are required for all Safeguard orders over $100. Optional for orders $100 and under. If you do not request a signature to be required, we will not be liable for lost or stolen packages.
