ATS offers a wide variety of pest and wildlife solutions (many manufactured here in the United States). However, we do drop ship some orders from our suppliers; if you have questions about stock status, shipping, etcetera, please call 231-252-4450 or check out our "Terms and Conditions" located at the very bottom of our website front page.

Shipping & Returns

Return Policy: Please call (231) 252-4450 to obtain a RMA number prior to returning any products.  Please state invoice number, date of order and reason for return.  All products must be returned in original cartons within 30 days of receipt.   

Products damaged in transit must be reported to us immediately upon receipt and will be replaced with a like product.  Return of any incorrect product shipments will be given full credit, provided we are notified within 7 days of receipt.  

Return of undamaged, or refused deliveries are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee (minimum of $10) and shipping costs will not be refunded.  No re-stocking fee will be applied if you order an alternate, or replacement product, or if the balance is used as a credit.  Credit must be used within 30 days.  Used merchadise will not be credited and will be immediately discarded for biosecurity reasons.  Shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns of items that had free shipping, will be charged the actual shipping cost we had to pay to ship it.

Shipping: A.T.S. ships mainly with UPS, but we do have manufacturers we drop ship product with who use FedEx or USPS. Standard ground shipping is usually 1-4 day when shipping from our warehouse. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us for accurate costs to ship (we do not offer either state as an option on our website). For expedited shipping options (next day or two day air), please call so we can provide the correct shipping cost. We keep our warehouse well stocked with the products our customers need, but, we do have situations where an item is back ordered or not availale (although the latter is less likely); please call our office and someone here will be able to discuss if the product is available or not.

Lastly, some free shipping products come directly from the manufacturer, and might be delivered on a pallet with a semi truck and trailer.  A residential adddress, lift gate service, inside delivery, delivery appointmets, etc, may require an additional charge.

For all Next Day, or Two Day Air orders we must have the order by 3pm EST, the actual pick up time for UPS is 4pm.  Please keep in mind UPS & FedEx do not work on the weekends, only M-F.  We are located in Michigan, Eastern Time Zone.
